AN OLD FARMER'S FRIENDLY ADVISE!!!!!!!!!!!
Some people are like slinkies; not worth much but bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs!

9/2/12

In Feb of 2012 Ed Miller flew out to Bozeman for a visit.  Ed and I then drove to Swan Valley Id to pick up a tanker truck that my son-in-law purchased from Dean Philbrick. Dean is the fire Cheif of Swan Valley.  Island Park is the snowmobile capital of the world. So they claim? What ever it is there is always plenty of snow up there.  We drove through it. Here are a few pictures of our 4400 mile round trip.

Snow storm in Island Park Id. on the way to Swan Valley Id.

We cam back through here at night and it was a lot worse!!!!!

I had a two wheel trailer that I purchased used in 1988. I used it to move my motercycles from Sycamore Ill. to Idaho.  It has just out in the weather since.  I took my cutting tourch to it, and cut out the floor and sides.  Sand blasted what was left. New tires, new paint, wood sides and floor and lettering by Dean Philbrick.  All new wire and lights.  I than gave it to my 4 grandkids in Two Dot Mt. They will use it to haul sheep, hogs, and calfs to the fairs and market.  I also added a loading ramp that slides under the trailer when not needed.

In July of 2012 Dean Philbrick his wife Toni, Jerri and I took a 2600 mile trip from Bozeman Montana to Prince George BC. We rode from Bozeman to Kalispell Mt. Then on to Golden BC, from there we had a short day to Banff, Alberta and stayed two days. Then onto Jasper through Jasper National Park. From Jasper we rode on to Prince George.

Lots of Glaciers, rivers, mountains, and winding roads.  Some of the most beautiful landscapes I have experenced.  Here are just a few of the pictures we took.
